What the bill says it does

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981— (a) to authorize the cultivation of a certain number of cannabis plants and the personal use of cannabis and tetrahydrocannabinol; and (b) to authorize certain activities related to the cultivation of cannabis plants and the personal use of cannabis or tetrahydrocannabinol.
