Electoral Amendment (Miscellaneous Matters) Bill 2026

What the bill says it does

The purposes of this Act are— (a) to amend the Electoral Act 2002— (i) to remove group voting tickets from Legislative Council elections; and (ii) to improve the operation of that Act and the electoral system in Victoria; and (b) to make consequential amendments.
