What the bill says it does
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Firefighters' Presumptive Rights Compensation and Fire Services Legislation Amendment (Reform) Act 2019 and the Forests Act 1958 to provide for an additional 9 specified forms of cancer that are presumed to be caused by the nature of a firefighter's employment for the purposes of claiming compensation under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
