What the bill says it does
The purposes of this Act are— (a) to re-enact, with amendments, the law relating to the cultivation and processing of industrial hemp for certain authorised purposes; and (b) to amend the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 to repeal the provisions relating to industrial hemp and make other consequential amendments.
