What the bill says it does
The main purposes of this Act are— (a) to amend the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011— (i) to broaden the concept of corrupt conduct; and (ii) to enhance the IBAC's ability to follow the money; and (b) to make consequential amendments to the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012.
