What the bill says it does
The main purpose of this Act is to amend the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011— (a) to expand the jurisdiction of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission by amending the definition of corrupt conduct; and (b) to provide for the investigation of conduct occurring before the commencement of this Act; and (c) to make other consequential amendments.
