What the bill says it does

The main purpose of this Act is to amend the Multicultural Victoria Act 2011— (a) to establish Multicultural Victoria; and (b) to provide for the establishment of a multicultural community advisory group to advise Multicultural Victoria; and (c) to provide for the establishment of regional engagement groups; and (d) to amend the principles of multiculturalism; and (e) to reform the reporting requirements under that Act; and (f) to require certain public sector entities to acquire interpreting and translating services from VITS LanguageLoop; and (g) to abolish the Victorian Multicultural Commission and make necessary transitional arrangements.
