What the bill says it does

The purposes of this Act are— (a) to establish Outdoor Recreation Victoria; and (b) to establish the Land Access Panel; and (c) to repeal the Game Management Authority Act 2014; and (d) to repeal the Victorian Fisheries Authority Act 2016; and (e) to make consequential amendments to the Fisheries Act 1995, the Surveillance Devices Act 1999, the Wildlife Act 1975 and other Acts.
