What the bill says it does
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Sale of Land Act 1962— (a) to provide for certain property developers to comply with requirements about the provision of information relating to services and facilities which are provided or proposed to be provided to benefit land being sold by the property developers; and (b) to provide for minor and related matters.
