What the bill says it does

The main purposes of this Act are— (a) to amend the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013— (i) to make further provision for guarantees obtained for the purposes of that Act; and (ii) in relation to supported accommodation; and (b) to amend the Accident Compensation Act 1985 in relation to supported accommodation; and (c) to amend the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004— (i) to make further provision for the powers of authorised representatives and health and safety representatives; and (ii) to prohibit coercive conduct; and (d) to amend the Transport Accident Act 1986 in relation to supported accommodation; and (e) to make consequential amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Amendment (Dangerous Goods) Act 2026; (f) to make other miscellaneous and technical amendments to those Acts.
